Smart Aerial Solutions LLC ("SAIRS," "we," "us," or "our") operates s-airs.com and provides professional drone inspection, aerial photography, Matterport 3D scanning, and visual media services across South Florida — from Key West to West Palm Beach.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it. We're a small, owner-operated business and we handle your data the way we'd want our own handled.
Short version: We collect contact and project information to provide services and communicate with you. We do not sell your data. Ever.

- Name, email address, and phone number (via contact forms, bookings, or direct inquiry)
- Property address or project location
- Service preferences and project details
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe or PayPal — we do not store card numbers)
- Communications you send us via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp
Information Collected Automatically
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs (via Google Analytics)
- IP address and general geographic location
- Cookie data (see Cookies section below)
Aerial & Visual Project Data
For inspection and imaging projects, we may collect GPS coordinates, imagery, and site documentation associated with the property or infrastructure we service. This data is used solely to deliver your project and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

- To schedule, coordinate, and deliver services
- To process payments and send receipts

SMS & WhatsApp Communications
SAIRS may send SMS and WhatsApp messages to customers who have explicitly opted in. These messages may include:
- Booking confirmations and scheduling updates
- Project status notifications and delivery alerts
- Promotional offers, seasonal packages, and service announcements
- Responses to inbound inquiries submitted via web forms
Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box on our contact or booking forms, you consent to receive text messages from SAIRS. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Transactional messages (booking confirmations, delivery alerts): 1–3 per project. Promotional messages: no more than 2–4 per month.
Opting Out

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major US carriers. Carrier participation may vary.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate:
- Stripe & PayPal — payment processing
- Google Workspace — email and calendar
- Google Analytics — anonymized website usage
- Twilio — SMS delivery infrastructure
- Netlify — website hosting and form submissions
- Zapier — workflow automation
- Wave — invoicing and accounting
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to deliver their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or court order.
Data Retention
- Client contact and project records: up to 5 years from last engagement
- Payment records: 7 years (required for tax and accounting)
- Marketing opt-in records: duration of subscription plus 1 year
- Website analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default)
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Your Rights below).
