Booking Received
Your booking reference is created and your project enters our operations queue for review and scheduling.
Scheduling & Project Updates
Before your appointment takes place, you may update access instructions, gate codes, parking, onsite contacts, scheduling notes, reschedule requests or cancellation requests.
Shoot Completed
Once the property or project has been captured, editing begins and your delivery timeline starts. Delivery timeframes are calculated from the completion of the shoot, not from checkout.
Editing & Quality Review
Files are professionally edited, reviewed, organized and prepared for delivery through SAIRS Client Portal.
Payment & Release
For Pay Later projects, payment is requested once everything is ready for delivery. Clients who paid at checkout simply receive a delivery notification when their project is available.
Portal Delivery
Final files, invoices, Matterport links, project updates and downloads are managed through SAIRS Client Portal.

Cancellation policy
24–72 hrs notice: 50% of package fee retained. Under 24 hrs: no refund. Property not ready: $75 rescheduling fee.
