Final media, invoices, Matterport links and project files are released through SAIRS Client Portal. Pay Later projects are released after payment.

Delivery Guarantee

Guaranteed delivery within your package timeframe after photo selection. If we miss the deadline, you receive a full refund.

Matterport Hosting

Matterport includes up to 1,500 sqft and 1 month hosting. Additional interior capture is $0.10/sq ft; exterior is $0.075/sq ft after the shared base (interior first, then exterior). Unknown areas can be left blank in the estimator; final measured areas and any balance are confirmed before billing. Residential Spaces of 10,000 sq ft or more include 3 months of hosting. Hosting after the included period is $15/month per Space.

Cancellation Policy

With 24 to 72 hours notice, 50% is retained. With less than 24 hours notice, there is no refund. If the property is not ready, a $75 rescheduling fee applies.
