Matterport 3D Tours in Miami & South Florida

A Matterport tour is useful when buyers, tenants, guests or project teams need to explore a property remotely and understand how its spaces connect. Photography may be enough when the goal is a limited set of marketing images. The right choice depends on how the finished media will be used. Residential Matterport starts at $249 for the first 1,500 sq. ft. per Space; additional residential coverage is $0.10 per additional interior sq. ft. above 1,500 sq. ft. and one month of hosting is included, or 3 months for residential Spaces of 10,000 sq ft or more. Commercial and hospitality Matterport starts at $349 for the first 2,500 sq. ft. per Space; additional interior captured area is $0.085 per interior sq. ft. and three months of hosting are included. Interior and exterior share the base allowance, with interior counted first. Additional exterior capture is $0.075/sq ft for either property type. Both area estimates are optional; unknown areas remain pending measurement and any balance is confirmed before billing. The estimator can price multiple similar Spaces at once, with each Space treated as an independent Matterport model.

Yes. SAIRS Axis, the property media division of SAIRS, provides professional Matterport 3D scanning services and interactive virtual tours in Miami and across South Florida for residential, multifamily and apartment leasing, hospitality, retail, commercial and technical documentation projects.

Residential Matterport includes one month of hosting per Space, or 3 months for residential Spaces of 10,000 sq ft or more, and commercial or hospitality Matterport includes three months per Space. Optional prepaid hosting can be added after the included period: 1–2 additional months are $15 per month, 3–5 are $13.50 per month, 6–11 are $12 per month, and a 12-month extension is $10 per month. Hosting is priced per Matterport Space.

The tour is delivered as a Matterport link or website embed. The interactive model itself stays hosted through Matterport; it is not supplied as a standalone downloadable interactive tour.

Selected add-ons may include schematic floor plans, MatterPak, E57 point clouds, CAD, BIM, Sketch or TruePlan files. Availability, compatibility and pricing depend on the space and project scope; these are not all included in the standard tour or a single file bundle.

Pro3 LiDAR measurements are useful for layout, preliminary planning and visualization. They do not replace architectural, engineering, survey, permitting or legally certified measurements. Confirm critical dimensions with the appropriate professional.

Yes. The online estimator can price multiple Spaces when they use the same approximate captured area and hosting term. Hotels, restaurants, retail stores, venues, multifamily properties and technical documentation projects with different-sized Spaces or more complex requirements can be scoped as a coordinated custom proposal.

Yes. The estimator has optional interior and exterior fields. Leave an unknown area blank; enter 0 when that area will not be captured. Tell SAIRS which exterior areas you want included so access and the capture scope can be confirmed before the scan. Exterior coverage can be added after booking, subject to that scope confirmation. The shared base allowance covers interior first and then exterior; any additional exterior capture is $0.075 per sq ft for both residential and commercial projects. Blank areas are not priced in the initial estimate. After scanning, we verify the captured interior and exterior areas and confirm any remaining balance before billing. For example, a residential model with 1,500 interior sq ft is initially $249. If 1,000 exterior sq ft are later confirmed and captured, the final capture total is $324: $249 base plus $75 exterior coverage. If the base still has unused included area, that allowance is applied before charging exterior coverage.

Commercial pricing uses a larger included allowance for commercial and hospitality spaces, with a different interior rate and hosting period.
