At checkout, you can pay securely with card, eligible wallets, or PayPal. You can also choose Reserve Now, Pay Later™ when you want to book without paying upfront.

After checkout, SAIRS creates your booking reference and reviews scheduling, access, weather, airspace, and logistics before final appointment confirmation.

Reserve Now, Pay Later™ lets you book your shoot with no upfront payment. SAIRS receives your booking request, creates your booking reference, reviews the project, completes the shoot and editing, and requests payment once the project is ready for delivery.

Final files are released through SAIRS Client Portal only after payment is received. This option is designed to help new clients, trusted referrals, and approved clients book with confidence.

Yes. At Axis Checkout, you can choose to pay immediately using Stripe, card, eligible wallet options, or PayPal. Clients who pay upfront receive a payment confirmation and final delivery notification when the project is ready in SAIRS Client Portal.

Reserve Now, Pay Later™ is simply an additional option — it does not replace standard secure checkout.

Our SAIRS Axis real estate packages start at $199 for Essential and go up to $750 for Iconic. Every package includes 10 professionally edited HDR photos and delivery through SAIRS Client Portal.

Higher packages add aerial drone photos, drone video, cinematic interior video, Matterport 3D tours, floor plans, and combined video delivery. You can also book individual services or add enhancements through the Axis Store.

Yes. We offer volume pricing for approved recurring clients, property managers, developers, brokerages, and portfolio-based projects:

• 10% off — 5+ units / month
• 15% off — 10+ units / month
• Custom pricing — large portfolios, brokerages, developers, and property management companies

Volume discounts are reviewed and applied to approved recurring clients. Monthly invoicing may be available for approved volume clients.

We accept major credit cards, eligible wallet options, and PayPal through secure online checkout. Stripe and PayPal are used for online payments. Approved clients may also use Reserve Now, Pay Later™ or monthly invoicing when applicable.

72+ hours in advance: full refund or free reschedule. 24–72 hours: 50% of package fee retained and one free reschedule offered. Under 24 hours: no refund. Property not ready or no access on arrival: $75 rescheduling fee applies.

If SAIRS cancels due to weather, safety, airspace, or operational conditions, you receive a full refund or free reschedule.

SAIRS serves South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach County, and the Florida Keys. For projects outside the standard coverage area, contact us for availability and a custom quote that may include travel.

SAIRS Client Portal is the secure delivery and project access system for SAIRS Axis bookings and future SAIRS projects. It allows clients to view project status, access invoices, manage booking details before the shoot, and download final deliverables once available.

The portal keeps the client experience under SAIRS branding, without requiring clients to navigate Google Drive, backend systems, or production tools.

No. SAIRS Client Portal supports two access options:

• Client Account: create a secure account to view current and past projects, project status, invoices, payment status, and downloads.
• Guest Access: no account required. Enter your booking reference and purchase email to access your project and final deliverables.

For recurring clients, creating a Client Account is recommended because it helps keep project history organized.

Guest Access allows you to access a specific project without creating an account. You only need the booking reference and the email used during purchase or booking.

Guest access is ideal for one-time clients, agents, referrals, or anyone who needs quick access to a single delivery.

Yes. Before your appointment takes place, you can update booking details through the Booking Update page or SAIRS Client Portal. You may submit access notes, gate codes, parking instructions, onsite contact details, scheduling notes, reschedule requests, or cancellation requests.

All reschedule and cancellation requests require SAIRS review and confirmation before appointment changes are finalized.

Yes. For paid bookings and generated invoices, SAIRS Client Portal can provide access to invoice details and downloadable invoice PDFs when available.

For Reserve Now, Pay Later™ bookings, the invoice and payment request are generated when your project is ready for delivery.

Every SAIRS Axis real estate package includes 10 professionally edited HDR photos. Depending on the package, you can also include or add aerial drone photos, drone video, cinematic interior video, floor plans, social media reels, and Matterport 3D tours.

Essential is the entry package for professional photos. Iconic is the full production package for listings, luxury properties, hospitality, and premium marketing.

• Remove clutter, trash, dishes, toiletries, and personal items from visible areas
• Turn on all lights and replace burned-out bulbs
• Open blinds or curtains when appropriate
• Move cars from driveway for exterior and aerial shots
• Clean pool, patio, balconies, and outdoor areas when applicable
• Provide gate codes, lockbox instructions, parking details, and onsite contact information before the appointment

A well-prepared property helps ensure better visuals and faster delivery.

Yes. Photos are delivered in professional edited JPG format and prepared for online listing use. If your MLS, brokerage, or platform has specific size requirements, include that information when booking or through the Booking Update page before the shoot.

Yes. We regularly shoot occupied and tenant-occupied properties. The client is responsible for notifying residents, arranging access, and making sure the property is reasonably ready before the appointment.

A Matterport 3D tour is an immersive, interactive digital twin of a property or space. Buyers, renters, guests, owners, and stakeholders can virtually walk through the property from a phone, tablet, or computer.

SAIRS uses Matterport Pro3 for 3D virtual tours, dollhouse view, measurements, shareable links, spatial documentation, and property marketing across South Florida.

A standalone Matterport 3D Tour is $249 and includes up to 1,600 sqft plus 1 month of hosting.

Properties over 1,600 sqft require Extra Matterport Coverage: +1,000 sqft for $95.

Matterport tours require cloud hosting to remain accessible. SAIRS includes 1 month of hosting with eligible Matterport tours. After the included month, you can choose:

• SAIRS-hosted: continue hosting at $15/month per tour
• Transfer to your Matterport account: manage hosting directly under your own account
• Capture directly into your account: available when you already have a Matterport subscription

• Small condo or space up to 1,600 sqft: often 45–90 minutes onsite
• Larger homes or multi-level properties: timing depends on rooms, layout, access, and total sqft
• Hotels, schools, commercial spaces, and multi-room projects: quoted individually

Standalone Matterport delivery is typically within 48 hours after capture, depending on size and processing.

Yes. Matterport tours include a shareable link and may be embedded on websites, listing pages, and marketing platforms when the platform supports it. MLS compatibility depends on the rules of your specific MLS or listing platform.

The MatterPak Bundle is a technical export from a Matterport scan, typically used by architects, designers, engineers, developers, and construction teams. It may include point cloud and 3D mesh files such as E57, XYZ, OBJ, and floor plan files when available.

• Telecom tower inspections — tower, antenna, equipment, and structural visual documentation
• Powerline and utility inspections — visual documentation and thermal support when applicable
• Solar farm inspections — visual and thermal capture for anomaly detection support
• Roof and facade inspections — aerial imagery for property, insurance, and maintenance documentation
• Mapping and photogrammetry — aerial data capture for construction, development, and land documentation

Inspection projects are custom quoted and confirmed directly with SAIRS before mobilization.

Yes. SAIRS Client Portal is being designed as the central delivery system for both Axis visual projects and SAIRS inspection projects. For inspection, mapping, telecom, thermal, and corporate projects, final delivery format depends on the agreed scope of work.

Deliverables may include organized imagery, reports, PDFs, folders, links, Matterport files, mapping files, or other project-specific documentation.

Both may be available depending on the project. SAIRS can deliver organized imagery, labeled files, annotated findings, structured documentation, or reports based on the approved scope.

For telecom, utility, construction, or corporate clients with existing formats, SAIRS can adapt the delivery structure when confirmed before the project begins.

Yes. For portfolios of rooftops, solar installations, towers, commercial properties, or infrastructure assets across South Florida, SAIRS can plan efficient multi-site routes. Contact us for scheduling and a custom quote.

Delivery timelines start after the shoot or capture is completed, not from the time of checkout. Once the property or project has been captured, editing begins and the package delivery window starts.

• Essential: within 24 hours after shoot completion
• Signature: within 24 hours after shoot completion
• Premier: within 24 hours after shoot completion
• Elite: within 48 hours after shoot completion
• Iconic: within 72 hours after shoot completion
• Standalone Matterport: typically within 48 hours after capture
• Virtual staging: typically within 72 hours after selected photos are ready

Final files are delivered through SAIRS Client Portal. Depending on the project, deliverables may include photos, videos, Matterport links, floor plans, invoices, reports, folders, or project-specific files.

You can access delivery using a secure Client Account or Guest Access with your booking reference and purchase email.

Yes, but final files are released only after payment is received. With Reserve Now, Pay Later™, SAIRS completes the shoot and editing first. When your project is ready, you receive a payment request. Once payment is confirmed, your final files are released through SAIRS Client Portal.

Yes. Packages include one round of standard editing revisions at no charge, such as color adjustments, cropping, reordering, or minor corrections. Requests should be made within 5 business days of delivery.

Reshoots, major creative changes, additional editing, or requests outside the original scope are quoted separately.

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the media for MLS listings, websites, social media, print marketing, press, and internal business use related to the property or project.

SAIRS retains copyright and portfolio rights unless otherwise agreed in writing before the shoot.

Yes. SAIRS founder Sebastian Seba Gil holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, the federal certification required for commercial drone operations in the United States. Drone flights are conducted in compliance with applicable FAA regulations and confirmed in advance between the client and SAIRS.

Yes, when proper authorization is available. Miami and South Florida include multiple controlled airspace areas. SAIRS obtains LAANC or FAA approvals for controlled airspace operations when required.

For properties near MIA, Opa-locka, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, heliports, or restricted areas, allow additional time for coordination.

Yes. SAIRS carries commercial drone liability insurance through Skywatch. For projects that require proof of insurance, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance with reasonable advance notice.

SAIRS monitors weather, wind, airspace, and operational safety conditions. If SAIRS cancels due to weather, airspace, or unsafe conditions, you receive a full refund or free reschedule.

We do not fly or operate in unsafe conditions just to keep a schedule.
