Our Axis Store packages start at $199 (Essential) and go up to $750 (Iconic). Every package includes 15 professionally edited HDR photos, MLS-ready files, and 24-hour delivery.

Higher packages add aerial photos, drone video, interior walkthrough, social reels, and Matterport 3D tours. You can also build your own from à la carte services. Full breakdown at s-airs.com/axis-store.

Yes. We offer tiered volume discounts for property managers, developers, and high-volume clients:

• 10% off — 5+ units / month
• 15% off — 10+ units / month

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay through our secure online checkout — processed by Stripe and PayPal. For custom and corporate projects, payment terms are agreed at the time of contracting. Volume clients can request monthly invoicing.

72+ hours in advance: full refund or free reschedule. 24–72 hours: 50% of package fee retained; one free reschedule offered. Under 24 hours: no refund. Property not ready / no access on arrival: $75 rescheduling fee applies.

If we cancel due to weather or airspace — always a full refund or free reschedule, no questions asked.

For standard real estate shoots, 24–48 hours typically works. For high-demand dates, 3–5 days out is safer. For hotel productions, inspections, or shoots in controlled airspace near airports, give us 5–7 business days. Same-day availability may exist for an expedite fee — call 786-809-8756.

We cover all of South Florida from Key West to West Palm Beach — including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. For projects outside this area, contact us for availability and a custom quote that includes travel.

Every package includes 15 professionally edited HDR photos, MLS-ready delivery, and 24-hour turnaround. Higher packages layer in aerial photos, drone video, interior walkthrough, social reels, and a Matterport 3D tour. Essential ($199) is photos only. Iconic ($750) is the full production.

Yes. We shoot occupied properties regularly. We ask that residents are notified in advance and the space is reasonably tidy. We work efficiently and respect everyone's time and privacy.

Yes — all photos are delivered in high-resolution JPG, optimized for MLS upload, along with web-optimized versions. If your MLS has specific requirements, let us know at booking and we'll make sure everything is compatible.

With our 24-hour turnaround, shoot today and files are ready tomorrow. For drone photos and video, same-day booking is often possible when airspace is clear — book online or call 786-809-8756. All shoots must be confirmed before mobilization.

A Matterport 3D tour is an immersive, interactive digital twin of a physical space — buyers and guests can virtually walk through a property from any device, zoom into rooms, and understand layout and scale before visiting in person.

We scan using the Matterport Pro3 camera, generating a photorealistic 3D model, a 2D floor plan with auto measurements, and a dollhouse overview. The tour is published to the Matterport cloud and embeddable on any website, listing, or marketing platform.

• 1–3 bedroom home or condo (up to 2,500 sq ft): 1–2 hours on-site
• Larger home or multi-level property: 2–3 hours
• Hotels, commercial spaces, or multi-room properties: quoted individually

The tour is published and ready to share within 48 hours after capture.

Matterport tours require cloud hosting to remain accessible. We offer three options:

• SAIRS-hosted (included in packages): 3 months of hosting at no additional cost. After 3 months, $15/month per tour to keep it active under our account.
• Transfer to your Matterport account: We can transfer the tour to your own account at any time. You then manage and pay hosting directly with Matterport.
• Capture directly into your account: If you already have a Matterport subscription, we can scan and upload straight into your account. You own and host the tour from day one — no intermediate hosting by SAIRS.

Yes — every tour includes an embeddable link that works on Zillow, Realtor.com, your brokerage website, and any platform supporting iframes. We send you both the shareable link and the embed code upon delivery.

The MatterPak Bundle ($149) gives you the raw scan data — OBJ and XYZ point cloud files, HDR imagery, and a schematic PDF floor plan — for use in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Typically used by architects, designers, and developers who need the underlying 3D data for renovation planning, space documentation, or as-built records.

• Telecom towers — full structural visual inspection, antenna and equipment documentation
• Powerlines & electrical infrastructure — conductor, insulator, and hardware inspection; thermal anomaly detection
• Solar farms — thermal panel inspection to identify underperforming cells, hot spots, and faults
• Roofs & building facades — post-storm damage documentation, insurance claims support, maintenance inspection
• Commercial properties — building envelope assessment, water intrusion detection via thermal imaging

All inspections use the DJI Matrice 30T — a commercial dual visual + thermal system — operated by FAA Part 107 certified pilots. All flights are confirmed in advance between the client and SAIRS.

Both. We deliver organized, labeled imagery plus a structured PDF report with annotated findings. For telecom and utility clients with existing templates or reporting systems, we can deliver in whatever format your workflow requires — just confirm this at the start of the project.

Drone inspections eliminate the need for personnel to climb towers, set up aerial lifts, or walk roofs — removing the primary cause of serious injuries in infrastructure maintenance. A tower inspection that might take a crew half a day can be completed in under an hour. For energized powerlines and electrical equipment, the drone handles the close-up work while people remain at a safe distance.

Yes. For clients with portfolios of rooftops, solar installations, or towers across South Florida, we plan efficient multi-site routes. Contact us for a custom quote — multi-site projects typically offer meaningful savings versus individual site rates.

For Axis Store packages, if we miss your confirmed deadline — full refund, no argument.

Photos and video are delivered via a private, watermarked gallery for your approval preview — files release immediately upon payment confirmation. For larger projects, we use Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Download links are typically active for 30 days. Download and back up your files promptly.

Yes — all packages include one round of editing revisions at no charge: color adjustments, cropping, reordering, minor retouching. Request within 5 business days of delivery. Reshoots or significant creative changes are quoted separately. If something doesn't look right, we'll make it right.

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the media for MLS listings, your website, social media, print marketing, press, and internal use — anything related to marketing the property or your business. SAIRS retains copyright and the right to use imagery in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.

Yes. SAIRS founder Sebastian Seba Gil holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate — the federal certification required for all commercial drone operations in the US. Every flight is conducted in full compliance with FAA regulations and confirmed in advance between the client and SAIRS.

Yes, with the proper authorization. Miami is surrounded by Class B, C, and D airspace. We obtain LAANC approvals through the FAA for controlled airspace operations — typically processed instantly or within a few hours. For properties very close to MIA, Opa-locka, or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, give us a couple of extra days to coordinate.

Yes. SAIRS carries commercial drone liability insurance through Skywatch. For projects that require proof of insurance, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with reasonable advance notice.

We monitor weather closely and reach out proactively if conditions look problematic. Miami afternoon storms are common — morning sessions are generally safer for drone work. If we cancel due to weather, you always get a full refund or free reschedule. We never fly in unsafe conditions to keep a schedule.
