Reschedule Request
This is a reschedule request only. Your appointment is not changed until SAIRS confirms the new date and time.
Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests are reviewed according to SAIRS policy. Submitting this form does not automatically cancel your appointment.

Need to view your project or delivery status? You can access SAIRS Client Portal using your email and booking reference to view project updates, invoices, payment status and final delivery when available.
