What do the residential package prices cover?
The displayed prices apply to residential properties up to 1,600 sq ft. Every package includes 10 final HDR photographs. Matterport, aerial media, video and floor plans are included only where listed in the selected package. Larger properties, expanded coverage or specific project requirements may require additional fees or a custom quote.
How does the photo selection process work?
After the shoot, SAIRS provides a preview gallery. You review the captured set and submit the photographs or content you want finalized. We then complete the in-house editing around the space, its intended use and your visual preferences.
When will I receive my final photographs or content?
Final delivery timing begins after you submit the required image or content selection, not simply after the shoot. Essential, Signature and Premier have a 24-hour turnaround; Elite, 48 hours; and Iconic, 72 hours. Custom-project timing is agreed for the scope. Final release requires payment.
Can I choose more photos or request a particular editing style?
Yes. Residential packages include 10 final HDR photographs, with optional bundles of 5 or 10 additional images available. You can share your visual preferences with SAIRS so the final treatment is adapted to the property and intended use.
Do you photograph commercial, hospitality and design projects?
Yes. SAIRS photographs architecture, interior design, commercial properties, hotels, guestrooms, amenities and restaurants. These projects are scoped around the spaces, intended use and photography requirements rather than assumed to fit a standard residential package.
How do Matterport coverage and hosting work?
Signature, Elite and Iconic include a Matterport tour up to 1,600 sq ft and 1 month of hosting. Additional Matterport coverage is $95 per extra 1,000 sq ft. Hosting after the included month is $15 per space per month. Matterport is not included in Essential or Premier; it can be booked separately or added as needed.
